Service Description
This consultation is for the Designer and Client to: - Get to know each other - Discuss design details - Discuss design process - Gather measurements - Give final quote All information regarding consultation prep will be sent after the appointment is booked. Initial deposit [25%-50%] is due no later than 5 business days after consultation so please book accordingly. To cancel or reschedule appointments please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If for any reason you are not able to contact us within the requested time frame the consultation fee will be classified as nonrefundable. Please book at least 72 hours before appointment date. 18 OR UNDER: Parent/Guardian signature is required for all agreements & they must be present during appointments. Please do not bring any kids under 7 years of age unless they are being serviced. Please do not bring more than two people with you the day of your appointment
Cancellation Policy
Consultation fee is refundable for up to 24 hours after the payment is sent. If you feel you will be 15 minutes late for your appointment please let us know at least 2 hours prior to scheduled appointment or a late fee will incur. If you will be more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you would need to reschedule and will be charged a rescheduling fee. No refunds will be issued for consultations canceled after 24 hrs. It is best to book your appointment at a time you will be available to speak.
